So many people dont care for their health until they become sick. Only then, they remember the famous
proverb prevention is better than cure but the proverb is useless if we dont put it into practice. So, if you are
wise, you should always consider your health as wealth that you have to do your best in order not to keep it
safe and secure.
Heart diseases are mostly caused by overweight, stress and smoking. They can be avoided simply by eating
healthy food and practising sport regularly. Many types of cancer are caused by wrong or tinned food and may be
prevented by keeping fit, healthy and going on a balanced diet. Lung cancer is generally caused by living and
working in a polluted environment and by smoking.
Prevention is not only better than cure, but it is also the cheapest. The sick person is unable to produce or
support his family. He needs help and support. He needs other people and members of his family to take care of
him .Therefore, we should take good care of our precious treasure: Health, and lets always remember that
health is a crown on the head of healthy people. Only sick people know and appreciate its value simply
because they are deprived of it.
