Strengths of the lesson:

Objective clearly identified on the board
Centres are explained quickly and clearly
Questions are asked to check for understanding
Got students to groups very quickly
Works well with her group
Good monitoring of group activities
Language is good
Thanked the students for cleaning up
Showed the work of the students to the students lots of praise given out
Uses the behavior management do you want a sad face?
Checking for understanding and reinforcing this was good. Pictures at hand on the board
to aid with this this was good.
Got the students to raise their hands for the final activity
Counting to 20 and joining in is good it helps the students
Good control of the students overall
Areas for development:

Engagement needs attention, are all the students ready to answer your questions, are they
all looking in your direction
Monitoring student movement one student was running around the room chasing another
student. You need to be aware of whats going on around you as you engage with centres or
indeed individual students

Attendance has been an issue and I have asked Fatima to send an email explaining
attendance and lateness.
