7 Issue of intimation to 26 December 2017, Candidate must proceed for joining the allotted institute on or
candidates who opted for 1800 hrs before 5th January 2018, 1700 hrs, receive engagement letter
freeze in first round of from Director/Principal, submit joining report, notarized
allotment undertaking and other details.
8 Candidate choosing an option 26 December 2017, 28 December 2017, Opt Freeze or Reject through login (by Candidate who opted
after second round of allotment 1000 hrs 1800 hrs for Float option in first round of allotment)
9 Issue of intimation on selection 29 December 2017, 5th January 2018, Candidate must proceed for joining the allotted institute on
& reporting to candidate who 1800 hrs 1700 hrs or before 5th January 2018, 1700 hrs, receive engagement
opted for freeze after second letter from Director/Principal, submit joining report,
round of allotment notarized undertaking and other details.
