Summary PT.

STUT
Salva Resources has undertaken a review of
the iron ore concession in Padang West
Sumatera held by PT Sel Teknik Utama Trading. The review identifies the status of
exploration undertaken to date, the current status of permit, planning for site visit, and
recommendations for further work, reporting.

STUT exploration team from PT.LAPI-ITB has done the outcrop mapping and geo-
electricity in 2006. The exploration data are not available within comprehensive report, but
only unbundled printed out without good resolution. Key elements found from desktop
mapping and legal assessment (See the below map):

We are using the ESDM map 2010 to define the forest status (eq. Protective or Preserve area)

Exploitation and exploration area are subject to not overlapping with another
concession, but for propose extension area in the South East is overlapping with
PT.Global Mineral Sejahtera.
Eleven traverse line of geo-electricity with dipole-dipole method has undertaken,
three of the line situated within exploitation area in Lasih Block. Two of them giving
indication of the magnetite body.
No drilling has been done in all three concessions.
Lab analysis of twelve samples indicates all of above 60% Fe with the level of
impurity elements such SiO2 (4.05% ) and TiO2 (0.75%). No coordinates available
from the sampling points.

Recommendation
More detail geological mapping for alteration and mineralization zone and
interpretation of the magnetite body within the exploitation area
Surface sampling and reconnaissance drilling within the exploitation area.
Continuous doing the detail exploration in the propose extension area in the
Southern East which is free from overlapping and protective forest.

Two geologist of Salva Resources Jakarta propose to undertake this

recommendation by doing site visit with the budget as following :
