Chapter I I Drive Install in Windows

First, connect the Television camera with your computer.
1． Open your computer, it can scan the new hardware. And choose “ Download from
the list or appoint place (senior)”, click “ Next” to continue.

3． It will Start to install；

4． The system notice: (Philips WDM Video Capture), click “Still continue”.

5． Click “ Finish”.

6． The system will find the hardware again, click “ Next” to continue.

7． The system notice: (Philips WDM TV tuner), click “Still continue”：

8． Click “ Finish”；
9． Restart computer, click right key to choose “attribute” from “ My computer”,
choose “Equipment Manage” from “ hardware” in “ System Attribute”, check the
hardware of “Voice, Video and Game Control) whether it is OK.

1. System will run WINDVR.
2. Please choose “YES” when system informed to update DX8.1.
3. Click “Next” to continue when that picture appear.
4. Click “YES” to accept the License.
5. Fill in your user name, company, and product’s No., (in the driver-cd “sn”)
6. Then, system will ask you where the download to put, click “Browse” to change the way
into C:\Program Files\ (Like the picture), and click “ Next” t continue.
7. Enter to download.
8. Install TV Tuner help files.
9. When all is finished, please restart your computer.

3．2 Start Up
1. When you have install the “INTERVIDEO WINDVR” it will have a shortcut key in your
desktop, you can choose it direct, or click it from “INTERVIDEOWINDVR”. ( See the
picture)

2. After the first Start up, it will appear “TV Tuner Initialize Setting”, choose tv system you
need , and “Line In”, to click “Next”.

3. Choose “Wired” in Booster, country in “***”, video in “***”, and manual to “Next”.

4. Press “Channel” and then press “Auto-scan” to start scanning the channels. Press “Next”
after finished.

5. Setting the storage catalog and collecting the used place and then press “Finish”.

3．3 WINDVR Operation

: WINDVR operating as follows: outspread/hide(the spread view), minimize,

maximize and exit the TV TUNER

: last—to the last channel

: rewind—to the channel you select just now

：REC—start transcribing TV and change its code to MPEG-2 or MPEG-1.

3．4 WINDVR Setting

Open the set window when pressing

1. attribute of channel
can set your preferred channel by using “Attribute of Channel” WINDVR will scan the channel
automatically. And then you can badge and divide the channel you like and delete some
channels from the list of excessive display.
