vervaardigen van een gebitsprothese is
een complex proces van afzonderlijke
stappen, die een nauwkeurige afstemming
vragen. Vertex Dental helpt u om inzicht
te krijgen in het optimaliseren van deze
complexe processen. Het doel is uiteraard
tijdbesparing en kwaliteitsverhoging in uw
dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
Er blijven altijd gebithsprothesedragers
met pijnklachten. Een van de oplossingen
is het aanbrengen van een weekblijvende
basis. Speciaal hiervoor heeft Vertex

Vertex MultiCure
The MultiCure machine is an allround
polymerisation machine with adjustable
time programs (with time interfaces),
adjustable temperatures, adjustable
pressure. The maximum temperature
is 100 degrees Celsius, the maximum
working pressure is 6 bar. The machine
has a water release valve on the
right-side. The inside chamber
dimension is 220mm (W) x 200mm (H).
Hot-Curing acrylics, 4 flasks, 100°C:
Rapid Simplified, Regular Implacryl &
Soft.
Cold-Curing acrylics, 3 flasks, 55°C &
2.5 bar pressure:
Castapress, Castavaria, Implacryl Cold,

Vertex MultiCure
De MultiCure is een all-round polimerisatie
machine met instelbare functies voor
tijd, temperatuur en druk. De maximale
arbeidstemperatuur is 100°C, de
maximale druk is 6 bar. De machine heeft
een kraan voor afvoer van water aan de
rechterkant. Overnacht polimerisatie is
mogelijk, werktijd van 12 uur. De
afmeting van de binnenkant van de kamer
is 220mm (B) x 200mm (H).
Heet polimerisaten, 4 cuvetten, 100 °C:
Rapid Simplified, Regular Implacryl &
Soft.
Koud-polimerisaten, 3 cuvetten, 55°C,
2.5 bar druk:

There are two types of metal flasks
available: upper and lower. It is
possible to place 2 clasps and 4
flasks in the Vertex MultiCure
polymerisation machine.

Vertex Soft is a flexible denture
soft lining acrylic (heat-curing).
Vertex Soft has an excellent adhesion
to both new and existing dentures.
The outstanding surface density makes
the material simple to finish and polish
with the special Vertex polishing
instruments. Vertex Soft is for
temporary use.

Er zijn twee typen metalen cuvetten
verkrijgbaar: boven en onder. Er kunnen
2 beugels en 4 cuvetten in de Vertex
Vertex MultiCure polimerisatie machine.

Vertex Soft is een flexibel gebitsprothese

Vertex Divosep is used for the
separation of acrylics to plaster and

Two different types of high gloss
brushes are available: cloth brushes
and leather brushes. Using both types
guarantees a dust free working
environment and a high gloss result on
the denture in combination with the
Vertex Gloss paste.
Vertex L.C. Gloss Varnish
This varnish is light curing. L.C. Gloss
varnish provides a high gloss finish
to acrylic areas that are difficult to
polish. Benefits: easy application,
quick cure and L.C. Gloss has an
excellent bonding to hard acrylics.

Vertex Gloss Assortment
Er zijn twee verschillende typen glans
borstels verkrijgbaar: linnen borstels en
leren borstels. Gebruik van beide borstels
garanderen een stofvrije werkomgeving
en een hoogglans resultaat van de gebits-

glans pasta.

Deze lak is licht uithardend. L.C. Gloss
varnish geeft een hoogglans resultaat
op kunststof delen welke moeilijk te
