Your research will definitely help us know more about the needs of female executives and
allow us to offer better compensation packages. Paxar would have made an important
contribution if it could be part of this project.

Our wish to assist you is compromised as the management of Paxar maintains absolute
confidentiality about accessing or discussing any information on the compensation of the
employees. Our annual report publishes an aggregate figure on employee salaries and
benefits. It also narrates the outstanding efforts that are undertaken by the company to help
its employees. With this I am sending you the annual reports from the previous four years so
that you can use whatever is helpful to your study.

The employees are not accessible for interviewing for this research but I can send you some
reports on our employees that were carried out in another Paxar operation outside
Bangladesh. We are willing to provide any other published or public documents that relates
