WHY IS THIS LOCATION SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT?

As it is a large area with many different parts for me to film in and get different shots. It is easy access and we can film
for as long as I need to also an area where the camera is safe and there is always people to step in as actors available if
others drop out or need more.

To not make too much noise when filming near otherpeople, to keep it professional when filming and keep the camera on
my actors and let those around know Im filming and that they are in the background if they do not want to be in it one of us
will need to move.

Power sources available Power sockets located in most rooms around college

Catering Cafes and vending machines are also located on the college campus

Toilets There are multiple toilets around college

Telephones There is a landline accessible at the reception and offices

I have the camera booked from 8:30 till 12:00 so it will still be light outside when I

Describe any restrictions/hazards in the immediate vicinity:

Lots of people meaning a lack of space to put the camera and could knock over the camera, plug sockets could over load and
trip over wires.

Where will the crew work on this location?

Behind the camera making sure that no one walks in front of the camera when filming

Where will the cast work on this location?

Will be sat in front of the camera mostly sat at a table in the cafe acting with the deodorant

Cameras being knocked over by the pupils walking through the cafe

The plug sockets overheating and short circuiting

Tripping hazards caused by wires that are plugged into the camera or walls

Describe the aesthetics of the location (e.g. Describe the potential camera shots or describe the acoustic value of the location)

Lots of loud noise meaning that the audio quality will be quite bad however there is lots of Christmas decoration around
college which would work well with the concept of the advert if those places arent too busy. Most of the college will be
busy so there should be lots of people in the background and hopefully working to our advantage
