socially and culturally secure. They are respectful of students human dignity, and seek to
establish a positive professional relationship with a student that is characterized by mutual
respect, trust and harmony.

Plan:
I will practice my lesson in advance with my family to gain confidence.
By striving for positive relationships with my students I will take a leader role.
I intend to take full control over the class by stating my expectations clearly at the beginning
of the lesson.

Expected Results:
I will speak with a clear and comprehensive voice.
I will make use of the classroom space, stand tall and away from the white board.

curriculum and desired outcomes into reasoned, meaningful and incrementally progressive
learning opportunities for students. They also understand the need to vary their plans to
accommodate individuals and groups of students;
e) All students can learn, albeit at different rates and in different ways. They know how
(including when and how to engage others) to identify students different learning styles and
ways students learn. They understand the need to respond to differences by creating multiple
paths to learning for individuals and groups of students, including students with special learning
needs;

Plan:

If possible I will work with co-workers to create a structured plan for the week, month and

p) the importance of guiding their actions with a personal, overall vision of the purpose of
teaching. They are able to communicate their vision, including how it has changed as a result of
new knowledge, understanding and experience;

Plan:
Have room for error.
I will not get held over on time and time limits, I plan to be flexible.
I will understand that interruptions are common and I will most likely need to adjust my
lessons. This also will depend on the grade I am teaching.

Expected Results:
I will not be caught up or stressed about the time.
All required content would be taught eventually before the end of the year.
