Design and Decorating. If youre an aspiring
interior designer with a designers eye, this is the
qualification for you. The first course will give
you an introduction to design principles and
elements including balance, proportion, form,
space, textures, natural and artificial light and
colour. As you move through the programme
youll learn about scale drawing, colour, design
influences, lighting, flooring, fabric, windows,
walls, furniture, living spaces, kitchens, laundries,
bedrooms and bathrooms.
