Introduction

The word "drinks" refers to all varieties of drinkable beverages that have refreshing,

refreshing, stimulating and thirsty nutrients. Drinks are mainly consumed to quench thirst,

compensate for the loss of body fluids due to sweating and feel fresh and active, such as rituals,

during social gatherings, during and after the meal. (Singaravelavan.R, 2014, p. 307)

Beverages are classified into two parts they are as follows:

Alcoholic Beverages

Non- Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages contain the chemical compound of ethyl alcohol (chemical formula

of C2H5OH) or ethanol, a colorless and flammable liquid. Alcohol is found in any fermented

liqueur and is the ingredient that produces intoxication. The percentage of alcoholic amount in a

drinks start from 0.5 percent to 95 percent depending on method by which alcoholic is obtained

in the process of fermentation.
