Ref: - Instructions isued by the honourable Minister for MA&UD, vide

Teleconference on 08.11.2017.

During the above teleconference, the honourable Minister for MA &

UD, Andhra Pradesh, has instructed to submit the proposals for filling up the gaps in
various sectors like Water Supply, Roads, Drainage, Sewerage etc, in the urban
infrastructure as per the CIIP (Critical Infrastructure Improvement Plan) as was
prepared earlier by all the ULBs in the state. Accordingly, the Bhimavaram
Municipality has prepared the proposals duly considering the required infrastructure
in consultation with the honourable Chairperson, Bhimavaram Municipal Council. The
sector wise proposals are as given below.

1. Water Supply (Summer Storage Tank) Rs. 362.00Lakh

2. Peripheral Roads Rs.
3. Drainage Rs.
4. Water Bodies (Edward Tank-Development) Rs.

I enclose herewith the work wise details in the above sectors and request you
take necessary further action.
