 AWARDS

MEMENTOS WILL BE AWARDED TO 1ST, 2ND, 3RD

AND THREE HONOURMENTION CERTIFICATES IN EACH SECTION
FOR COOCHBEHAR, DARJEELING & JALPAIGURI.

IN MONOCHROME SECTION CASH AWARD OF RS. 1000.00 EACH WILL BE

GIVEN TO FIRST AWARD HOLDER OF COOCHBEHAR, DARJEELING &
JALPAIGURI DONATED BY KRISHNAGOPAL MAHESWARI FOUNDATION.

Rules & Regulations:

1. Any individual can participate on payment of appropriate Entry Fee. Entries without
Entry Fee will be judged but will be kept pending till receipt of same.
2. Original and new works are encouraged.
3. Number of entries: Maximum 4 entries per author per section.
4. Every possible care will be exercised, but PAC does not hold any responsibility
towards any loss or damage to the entries which are beyond control.
5. Acceptances in this Salon will count towards statistics applicable for FIP.
6. Submission of entries automatically imply acceptance of above conditions.
7. Reproduction rights in catalogue or press publicity without any payment to the author
is assumed.
8. Entries must be submitted on CD ROM. The image must be a maximum
of 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high including any borders. The files must be in
JPEG format at 72 dpi resolution. Digital files on CD-Rom should be named as
follows : Serial No. - Authors Initial - Title (Not more than 8 characters). For
Example : C1-DB- ALONE(for Colour) N1-DB-LEOPARD(for Nature) where DB is
Debashis Bhattacharjee CD's will not be returned. Entries not meeting the above
requirements will not be judged. Please do not send images by Email
9. Entry fees to be sent by Demand Draft favoring “PHOTOGRAPHIC
ASSOCIATION OF COOCHBEHAR” payable at Coochbehar, West Bengal.
