To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to recommend Holly Colburn as a candidate for your organization. As a student in
my classroom, Holly exhibits dedication, ambition, and organization.

When evaluating students in my classrooms, one skill I want my students to understand is time
management. It is clear Holly has mastered this task, because of her ability to complete and turn
work in before given due dates. Her organization with her time and assignments proves to me
she will able to finish any duty that her future occupation or classroom demands her to complete.
On an average day, one can witness Holly consumed in the assigned task for the day. Holly is
never distracted by outside factors, like technology, her peers, or daily activities, when she is in
my classroom. This dedication to her work proves she is self-motivated, which is a rare skill to
possess compared to many of her peers. Not only is Holly willing to complete the given skills,
she is also willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever there are extra tasks
assigned as bonus activities, Holly is inspired to complete these skills. This shows that she is
willing to go the extra mile to be the best student she can be, and it also shows that Holly is
willing to advance her skills to become a more knowledgeable person. Hollys dedication is a
true breath of fresh air, because many times I have to coax students to stay on task and to
complete their work. This is not the case with Holly.

I have enjoyed the chance to work with Holly this past year. She is a pleasure to have in class,
because of the listed qualities. I know she will only continue to display these traits toward any
organization she chose to apply to. If you have any further questions or concerns about Hollys
academics or behavior, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Cady Mounts Rabbage
