Witness magnetic particle inspection(MPI) of drilling rig mast, sub base, pipe elevators, slips, tongs, sheaves, welded areas of high pressure lines and various other hoisting &drilling equipment. Inspection of drill collars, heavy weight drill pipe, cross over subs, stabilizers, reamers and bit subs. Witness wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspection of threads and upset areas, visual inspection of threads for mechanical damage, over torque. Dimensional check of thread components, as well as thread profile and lead check of threads. Inspection of drill equipments at various vendor facilities-OCTG products consisting of drill pipes, Casing, drill collar and tubing. BOP Adapter Spools, Side door Elevators, Single joint Elevators, Safety clamps, Belt Tongs, Multi Setting Tools, Actuation Sleeves, Jetting Tools, Tubing Head Handling Tools, Hydraulic Power Tongs, Flush Mounted Spider, couplings, chain slings, Gate valves, Baskets, Burner Booms etc. Visual inspection of pressure vessels, columns, steam exchangers shell & tubes drum, incinerators, heat, channel head, floating head, end cover etc. Inspection of Tube sheet, Baffle plate assembly, Tube expansion, welding of Tube bundles with shell, Witness torque Bolt tightening, dimensional inspection of Final Module assembly. Witness Fin fan cooler motor run test for pulley alignment, fan speed, amperes/voltage consumption, vibration and noise level. Fan module inspection (Blade Pitch, Hub Torque and Tip Gap) of the module assembly. To carryout Tube expansion check, Final Dimensional inspection, Air Leak test, Hydro test, Draining/Drying Check of the Heat Exchangers Inspectionsurveillanceofsub-contractorsactivitytominimizetheoccurrenceofany non-conformance in accordance with project specific quality requirements. Review project design documents regarding material selection and mechanical integrity, perform shop & field inspections and review QA/QC documents, different method statements during project execution. Prepare data to implement and update the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology to enhance Plants integrity & Reliability in order to optimize inspection frequencies, maintenance cost and Plants availability. Review of Inspection Test plan, Procedures, Material mill test certificate and Material Witness Procedure qualification test, Welder qualification Test, witnessed the mechanical test and review radiography test as per the specification. Inspection of marking and fit-up of nozzles to the tanks and vessels as par the approved drawing. Conduct internal and external inspections on static equipments/piping. Coordinate with NDT group after determining the appropriate NDT applicable to assess the equipment condition Evaluate the result of all visual inspection and NDT data and determine the most optimal cost effective repair method and Issue an inspection report (worksheet) outlining the repair and QA/QC steps. Stage wise inspection of GRP, GRE, GRV and HDPE Pipes and Spools. Verification Mechanical completion Package/Inspection Record Books. Issue of Non-conformance reports &verification of Corrective/Preventive action Inspection of incoming material &review of mill test certificates for compliance. Implementation of Company/Client Project Quality system with strict adherence to applicable Codes & Standards, Project Specification, Statutory requirements etc. Inspection at vendor shop for fabrication, assembly and NDT of Pressure Vessels, Columns & Heat Exchangers etc. Monitor and witness all fabrication/coating and dimensional control activities associated with the project and in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans. Stage wise inspection of Tanks, hydro test for the same, settlement check etc. Review Coating/Painting Procedure. Coating Procedure Qualification Test witness and inspection/ monitoring of all Project coating activities. Check condition of safety relief valves, prescribes repairs as required and witness relief pressure setting, including hot setting. Witness testing of Lifting Tools and Tackles as per the Local Statutory norms. Maintain, monitor and operate all QA/QC related documentation electronically. Supervise Mechanical completion of different Packages, participate in pre commissioning and commissioning of activities and other activities for start up.
