Early Learning Centre Learning Experience

Reason for developing learning experience.
This could be in response to an observation, The purpose of this activity is that children will be learning about colour recognition

when I saw that when children are playing outside, they all often tend to take their hats and

Learning Experience: Children will be called to the carpet for circle time and given
a scenario about penguins going outside to play but not being able to find their hats.
Children will be asked to find the hats by choosing which colour hat goes with what

Implementation:
- The teacher will call all the children to carpet where they will be seated for circle
time
-The teacher will then create a story such as Oh look, the penguins have to go play
outside and need to find their hats, Can you help find which hat goes on what
penguin so they arent cold outside
-Then the teacher will call on each student to find one penguin hat
-After the children think they have the right one, they will tell the teacher what colour
it is and see if they are correct
-This process will be repeated for all the children
-Then the teacher will thank the children for finding the hats and explain how
penguins wont be cold anymore
-The teacher will then go wash their hands
