1 Take proper PTW and ensure all mechanical, electrical and C&I isolations have been done. Monthly

2 Checking of any leakage from MOT, if possible attend it Monthly

3 Attending any leakage from valves. Monthly

4 Arresting any leakage from AOP, JOP or EOP Monthly

5 Oil top up in MOT, as and when required. Monthly

Removing of all waste oil drums and shifting to central stores, either empty or filled from

MOT or any other area inside the Turbine house.
Removal & re-fixing of gratings for assisting housekeeping personnel for cleaning of
7 Monthly
MOT room.
8 Cleaning of Duplex Strainer / basket strainers & Control oil line filters. Monthly
Cleaning of Dirty oil tank, clean oil tank, Oil filling tank, Drain oil and leakage oil tank
9 Monthly
externally.

10 Attending gland leakage of all Valves inside the MOT room. Monthly

11 Attending flange leakage of all flanges inside the MOT room. Monthly

Replacement of glands, bearings and couplings of Dirty oil, Drain oil, Clean oil &
12 Monthly
Leakage oil Pumps.
Replacement of glands, bearings and couplings of Dirty oil, Drain oil, Clean oil &
13 Monthly
Leakage oil Pumps.
Spill over oil / water / grease / cotton waste / etc in surrounding area and floor to be
14 Monthly
cleaned & disposed.
Return the PTW and trial run of the equipment. If any leakage persists same is to be
15 Monthly
rectified.
