Creating a Presentation

1. Launch the PowerPoint Program


 Choose New Presentation

2. Choosing a Design


 Go to Design Tab


 Choose a design that you like
3. Create a Title Page


 Click on the box that states “Click to add Title”
 Choose the font and font size to change the appearance of the title

4. Add more Slides


 Under the home tab, click on “New Slides” on the toolbar


 On the left click on the slide that you want to use

5. Add Charts and Graphics



 Under the Insert Tab
 You can choose to add photos, shapes, art and charts.

6. Add a Transition


 Under the transition tab choose a transition

7. Play Presentation


 Under the slide show tab click on “Play From Start”
