No Bake Oatmeal Fudgies Cookies
Easy, no bake cookies that are a cross between an oatmeal cookie and
the best fudge ever.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
⅔ cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup milk chocolate chips
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
1. Bring sugar, butter, and milk to a rolling boil.
2. Boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients quickly.
4. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper.
5. Cool completely.
6. Store at room temperature.
Variation
1. Once the cookies are cool add a ½ teaspoon of peanut butter to the top.
2. Freeze for 2 hours.
3. Spoon Magic Shell over the top.
4. Keep refrigerated.
