For the first semester students.

COMPUTER LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

!!! Please note, this only applies to computer logins for the first semester students !!!
1. Your USER NAME is your FIRST NAME followed by your LAST NAME with no
spaces in between (firstnamelastname).
2. Your PASSWORD is the same as the user name (firstnamelastname), and must be
lowercase.
3. Third field LOG ON TO has to be STUD.
4. When you enter the user name and password, click OK
5. You will see a box saying that “Your password has expired and must be changed”.
Click OK again.
6. You will see three fields: “Old Password”, “New Password”, and “Confirm New
Password”.
7. Skip “Old Password”, go to “New Password”, and put in a password that you will use
for future computer logins. Use something that you can easily remember, and do not
lose it!
8. Put in the same password into the “Confirm New Password” field.
9. Click OK.
10.You’re done! Your username is now your first name followed by your last name with
no spaces, and the password is what you put in step 6.

E-mail login instructions

1. Run “Internet Explorer” and go to ASA Home Page – www.asa.edu
2. Click on “ASA mail”
3. In the form that has been opened type User Name - Your USER NAME is your
FIRST NAME followed by your LAST NAME with no spaces in between
(firstnamelastname).
4. Your PASSWORD is your “student number” (Found on your ID or Schedule,
INCLUDING THE DASH).
5. For example :
Login: johndoe
Password: “student number”
(Example: 099999-999)
6. Press LOGIN.
