Yalong YL-JCZ machine intelligent trainer has 6 main modules, test module, PLC module (WK015). The module

All module components are fixed onto the metal bases to compose the modules, on the panel, it is easy to put on
and take down modules. The terminals and wires on the module are tightly connected, and connect the circuits on
the terminals without damages.
Module 1 (SW001)
Dimension: 700mm×440mm;
With leakage protection switches, fuse, time relay, indicator lights, button and terminals.
The module provides circuit power supply switch, command switch, circuit short circuit protection and circuit
signal.
Module 2 (SW002)
With elements and components such as AC contactor, thermal relay, time relay, terminals and so on.
On the module, students can fulfil motor rotation, voltage drop start, electrical braking basic control circuits
training, with self-lock, inter-lock, travel, control, time control, overload, undervoltage, zero-voltage protections,
to compose motor control circuit for connection training. Also it is suitable for training on junior, intermediate and
senior electrian training and testing on motor control circuit connection.
Module 3 (SW003)
With elements and components such as kilo-watt hour meter, rectifier, sunlight tube, starter, current relay, button
switch, indicator light, terminals and so on.
The module can fulfil sunlight circuit, electric energy measurement circuit and electrical distribution board circuit
connection training. With module 1 and module 2, and overcurrent protection in motor control circuit, also the
