Please check the below steps to setup IPMI connection to VNXe.

1. IPMI tool could be download from below link:

https://download.emc.com/downloads/DL52903_IPMI-Tool-1.0.exe

2. Install IPMI tool on customer’s PC.

3. Connect network cable from customer PC to SPA/SPB service LAN port.

4. Configure Client IP address:

The BMC interfaces of the VNXe3200 and VNXe3400’s Storage Processors are
configured with EMC private IP addresses:
128.221.1.252 for SP A, and 128.221.1.253 for SP B.
These IP addresses cannot be changed.
The must have an IP address on the 128.221.1.0/24 subnet to access the SP console.
5. Access VNXe console with IPMI tool
Run CMD and cd to the installation folder of IMPI tool
Run below command:

ipmitool.exe -I lanplus -C 3 -U console -P <password> -H <host> sol activate

Where:
lanplus instructs ipmitool to use secure communication.
console is the fixed BMC username
<password> is the storage processor chassis serial number
<host> is the BMC IP address, 128.221.1.252 for SP A, or 128.221.1.253 for SP B

After wait for a few seconds, you will get the same log in prompt as serial connection to
old VNXe.
