Message of Chief Minister for 3rd International Sufi Conference

It is matter of immense pleasure that Culture Department is organizing 3 rd International Sufi

Conference, in which people of different schools of thoughts are gathering around 10 different
countries to depict universal harmony, co-existence, tolerance, peace and love under the
canopy of mysticism, all certain themes actually depict the society that supports human beings
for living equally and with peace holistically.

The theme of trans-cultural dialogue with critical and alternative cultural traditions is necessary
at the movement to combat increasing fanaticism and zealot traditions to replace them with
love, peace and co-existence.

Mysticism and its traditions have been playing vital role for the ages for establishing peace and
harmony. Culture Department is doing great to arrange such conference, which provides
opportunity to listen to different people from different countries, cultures, civilizations and
participants will also be enriched mentally after observing ancient peaceful roots of peace in
the wake of mystical approaches, Sindh has been keeping for long.

I congratulate Culture Department for such a marvelous activity, which hopefully will give its
fruition in long run and it is necessary to support and strengthen such set traditions which are
healthy for our society and even for the rest of the world
