fruits or other ingredients and flavours.

3.2 Research Methodology

The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The quantitative

method is the method used by experiment or research by quantitative
interpretation of data that has been obtained from field research directly. It is for
the authors to get a valid data. The method use in this study is the experimental
method. That is the practice of make banana ice green. The result will be discuss
based on existing theory.

3.3 Research Variable

Research variable is an attribute, value or nature of the object. The

individual or activities which have many specific variations between one and the
other have been determined by investigators to learn and look for the information
and conclusions. Variable also a quantity that can be modified or chage, so it can
effect the events or the results of research. With the use of variables we can easily
obtain and understand the problems.

1. Variable Independent

Independent variable is variable that is use to influence another

variable. Independent variable in this investigation is banana ice green.

9
2. Variable Dependent

Dependent variable is a influence or result from independent variable.

Dependent variable in this study is banana fruit.

3. Variable Control

Control variabe is a variable that is made the same to keep that

dependent variable is the result of the influence from independent
variables. Variable control in this study is ingredient as sugar, powder,
banana, coconut milk, leaf suji, and others.

3.3 Place and Time Of Research

The research do in the Nurul Intan Nabila’s house of researches at Kopral

Umar Said street RT. 25 RW. 09 No. 3339 Andalas Palembang in November
2015.

3.6 Technique Collecting Of Data

Data is a information or facts about an issue it can take form categories

good, happy, successful, and others. Or also in the form of numbers. Investigators
get data through observation. In this observations, researchers used bananas as a
medium to make iced green bananas. Researchers conducted a proof that bananas
can be used for making banana ice green.

3.7 Technique Analysing Data

In the data analysing techniques, the writer already make banana ice green.
Then the data from the making of will be analyzed by quantitative supported by
recipe and guidance from book. Technique quantitative is a research method that
