Role Model for School

An effective principal should be a good role model for the senior assistance,
teachers, students and staff. These roles require being committed to students, peers,
parents, and staff and setting an example needs to be done with consistency. This means
that effective principals should be the model for them before you want your student or
teacher to make it. It is important for an effective principal in look after their dressing,
actions, and speech to ensure that principals are honest and hold strong morals, which
will help set a good example for others. While principal walk in to the classroom, it is
very important that an effective principal uphold the values and beliefs that will foster
the next generation to achievement and sound moral and ethical behaviour. As a
principal, students look up for guidance on how to act and behave as principal stand at
the top of the hierarchy in school and been respect all the staff and students in school.
Therefor, it is very important that principal consistently provide your students with a
good example with good moral value. Principal must embody the moral value
themselves such as cooperation, empathy, compassion, independence, teamwork,
problem solving, and acceptance and so on.

Besides that, it is very important principal become the role model to the teachers.
Principal should build a good attitude on their own first before fostering these attitudes
among staff and teacher. As an effective principal, it is your job to set a good example
for teachers as well. An effective school has to have effective teachers and the teacher
evaluation process is in place to make sure that the teachers in your building are
effective. Principal need to build them up so they are encouraged and enthusiastic about
their role in the school and their influence over their students. Principal should
consistently walk around and show so that students can see the principal as a role model.
A role cannot just simply sit inside the office without showing a good example. For
example, if you want your staff and teacher care about the student, then an effective
principal need to show them an example. Effective principals never give up on kids and
their support to staff. He or she should take care about all the people in the school. They
are the epitome of instructional leadership and will show teachers how to become more
effective based on evaluative data.
