AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, PRINCE C. RAGON, of legal age, Filipino, single and residing at 178-A

Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am one of the Receptionist of Pew Hotel Tagbilaran since January 4,

2015 to the present where the accused, JUDE O. QUIA, works as a Hotel
Bell Boy;

2. That on September 12, 2016, I was on duty as a receptionist of Pew Hotel

Tagbilaran from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

3. That on the same date, between 12:00PM up to the 4:00PM, I am in constant

communication with the bell boys, one of which is Mr. JUDE O. QUIA,
whom I talked to, more or less three times, to help, assist, accompany to and
carry the luggage of the guest to their respective rooms.

4. That on the same day at about 4:30 in the afternoon, some of my co-
employees has timed-out, and I saw Mr. JUDE O. QUIA leave together with
our Manager, Mr. Bryan S. Wang and others.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing

facts and for any legal purpose this affidavit may serve.
