Students wishing to apply for an Arts diploma should complete this application form. Please note that applicants
must be currently enrolled in a Monash Degree to apply for a diploma. For a full list of Arts diplomas please refer
to ‘Section C’ of this application.

Places are limited and fill very fast. Early applications are advised. Late applications will be waitlisted.
