I am the department manager for the primary collections division of TD Canada Trust. I am
writing this letter in support of Tyler Cincurak, one of our top collections agents for the department.
Tyler has shown a great strive for excellence and continued growth in all of his statistics. He consistently
meats collections targets month to month and his customer service index score is rivaled by very few in
the department. He would make an excellent addition to any team.

One of Tyler’s strongest qualities is his leadership. Others in the department commonly look to
Tyler for guidance and a standard for how collections calls should sound. His flow and gracefulness on
the phone is something other employees try and learn from him by shadowing his calls. Tyler is also very
adaptable to the fast-changing environment of the bank. When taking on new profiles such as that of TD
Auto Finance delinquency division, Tyler showed a great deal of enthusiasm in continuing to meet his
targets in a difficult change for the department.
