badges per booth.

We will send out confirmation within 5 business days of receiving your application.
Exhibitor understands the payment policy and agrees to pay the fees as listed in the
application.

The exhibitor may not share or sublet table space. One vendor per booth please.

Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of GST as required by law.

Vulcan Tourism is not responsible for any theft or loss. You are responsible for your own
security during show hours. The Exhibitor agrees to protect, keep, and save Vulcan Tourism
(the promoter of this event) forever harmless from any damage or damages imposed for
violations of any ordinance or regulation by the Exhibitor.

Exhibitors must maintain clean areas both during and after the show. Exhibitors will be
responsible for any damages caused by them or in exhibit area. Booths must meet fire codes
and may be subject to fire marshal inspection.

No portion of any display, boxes, packing material, etc.… shall obstruct any isle or doorway.
Fire extinguishers, hose cabinets, fire exits, or fire alarms cannot be covered at any time
for any reason. Smoking is not permitted!

Any exhibitors selling bootlegged items will be asked to remove these items from their
booths. If these items are put back out during the show or exhibitors refuses to comply,
they will be removed from the show immediately and will not be refunded.

We are trying to keep this a safe family friendly environment. Exhibitor agrees not to sell
or distribute any adult material.

Exhibitors agree not to sell any metal based weapons to attendees under the age of
eighteen years of age.

Agreement and Signature

By signing this agreement I acknowledged having read all of this application and agree to be bound by all
convents, agreements, terms and conditions in this document. Vulcan Tourism reserves the right to
accept or reject any applicants.
