220KV Grid Station GSO NTDC Hala Road Hyderabad to Power Transformer Engineering Services Unit
Workshop 220 KV Grid NTDC, New Kot Lakpat Lahore, and detail is as under.

4. A complete set of Tender may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written
application on latter pad with CNIC to the above mentioned office and upon payment of a non-
refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- from April 02, 2014.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid Security of the total bid price in the format prescribed in
the tender.
6. The bids must be delivered to below mentioned address at or before 11:00 hours, on May 30, 2014.
Tenders will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day, in presence of bidder’s representatives who
choose to attend at the same address.
7. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price as no negotiations are expected.
8. The price shall be firm and final inclusive of all the taxes from the place of loading to delivery point
at PTESU 220KV Grid Station New Kot Lakhpat NTDCL Lahore.
9. NTDC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004
