I. Problems:

II. Materials Needed
6 clear glasses 1 tsp. mongo seeds
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. flour
Spoon or stirrer 1 tsp. powder juice
Timer
III. Procedure
A. Label clear glasses as glass A, B, C, D, E, and F
B. Fill all the glasses with water half way.
C. Measure 1 tsp. of sugar and place it in glass A. Stir it vigorously in 1 min.
D. Observe what happens.
E. Repeat procedure B and C using glass B, C, D, E and F using salt, mongo seeds,
cooking oil, flour and powder juice.
F. Observe what happens.
