Course This course presents the importance of the human behavior


Description: within business organizations at the individual, group, and
organizational levels. It helps students understand some key
principles about how people behave in organizations in order to
prepare them to become effective co-workers, team members,
and organization citizens.

Course 1. Emphasize the role of human factors in organizational


Objective: success.
2. Provide a general overview of the field of Organizational
Behavior.
3. Discuss basic theories and concepts that explain
Organizational Behavior at the individual, group, and
organization level.
4. Explain the processes and methods that can improve the
behavior and attitudes of organizational members and, thus,
their performance.
5. Give real examples of human behavior in organizational
settings.

Course By the end of this course, students should be able to:


Outcomes: 1. Comprehend basic behavioral theories and their applications
in business organizations.
2. Understand factors that affect individual and group behavior
within business organizations.
3. Develop reasonable solutions to organizational behavior
problems.
4. Enhance their skills and behavior as organizational members
and managers.
5. Effectively manage their relationships with co-workers,
