Questionnaire: Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement

INTRODUCTION: Intellectual Property (IP) refers to the creations of the mind that result in products
and/or processes that can be claimed for ownership. IP Infringement refers to a breach of that right
through copying, duplicating, etc. a type of IP that has already been claimed by another owner. The
aim of this survey is to determine the awareness of the public towards IP and IP Infringement. This
survey is made in conjunction with UNITEN’s COEB422 Engineers in Society course Project for
Semester 2 2017/2018.
