As the Customer Service Manager of Fortinos Supermarkets Ltd. (Upper Middle 2011), I am
writing to you in support of Ms. Sarah DiGioia.

I have had the privilege to work with Sarah at Fortinos Supermarkets Ltd. since September 2014.

performed.

Sarah is a pleasure to work with because of her pleasant and positive attitude. She plays an
essential role in ensuring the goals of the Front End department are met to or above the high
standards of Fortinos Supermarkets Ltd. Since starting as a Cashier, Sarah has taken on many
additional responsibilities by demonstrating an excellent work ethic and a strong desire to learn
more. She has mastered the roles of Cashier, U-Scan Attendant, Customer Service, and Cash
Handler.
