Now on this ______ day of January, 2018, comes on for hearing of the Order of

payment of monies to Plaintiff, and from the pleading filed herein, and other matters and

things before the Court, the Court finds:

1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter.

2. That the Garnishee has answered the Writ of Garnishment issued against it

on December 11, 2017 and that the Plaintiff is entitled to an Order directing the

Garnishee to pay the monies withheld pursuant to the Writ of Garnishment to the

Plaintiff’s attorney, E. Kent Hirsch.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the Garnishee be and hereby directed to pay

the Plaintiff’s attorney the monies withheld to the Plaintiff’s attorney, the sums withheld

pursuant to the Writ of Garnishment.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
