2. lnterested Firms / Dealers having GST / NTN numbers and are on the active tax pryer lisl (ATL
of FBR) may send their rates in a sealed cover. The lisy' detail of items along with terms and conditions
uploaded at PPRA'S website or can be collected from the DDO Office, 3'd Floor, Emigration Tower,
Mauve Are4 C-8/1, Islamabad on any working day during the office riming. The tender wirh the
following details must be submitted before rhe closing date.

iv Certificate of Tax Registration (Income Tax & Sales Tax)

3- Sealed tenders must be submifted to the uDdersigned by 18.01.2018 till I I :00AM. Tenders will be

opened in the presence ofbidders / representatives on the same day at I l:J0 AM. Bids received late from
closing date and time will not be ertertained.

4. Tender shall be valid upto 30.06.2018 from rhe date of acceplance and the firms/ dealers wilt be

required to submit 5% of cost ofbid in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of DDO, Office
of Direotorate General lntelliSence & Investigation (1R-HQS), Islamabad. (The number of items to be
purchased may be increased or decreased at the time ofsupply oder). The bidders are requested to give
