new suit to the existing (R&B) Inspection Bunglaw at Kakinada”

The Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari District, Kakinada vide
Ref.C4/M/719/2013 dt.29.05.2013 had accorded administrative sanction for construction
of new suit to the existing (R&B) Inspection Bungalow at Kakinada. The work was
entrusted to Sri. M. Suresh Kumar, Kakinada vide CR.No.74/2013-2014. The work was
completed upto brick work and while executing the work some items are found necessary.
Hence working estimate is prepared with the following new provisions.
1. R.C.C. M20 using 6mm to 20mm size graded HBG machine crushed metal as per SS 108
with necessary reinforcement including cost, seigniorage and conveyance of all materials
for 0.75 m wide sunshade
2. Supply and fixing of wooden ventilator of frame of size 0.075 m X 0.10 m, shutter frame
size 0.075m X 0.035m, fixing 5mm thick tinted glass using 8mmm diameter rods
3. Plastering to flooring with CM (1:4), 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all
materials like cement, sand water etc., to site and cost of seigniorage on materials and all
labour charges for mixing mortar finishing.
4. Supply and fixing of MS gate with 50mm diameter MS pipes alround, 10mm square rods
at top, 40 X 40 X 6mm L angle MS aldrops, Metal sheet, MS hinges etc and labour
charges for fabrication, transportation to site and fixing as directed by the departmental
officers
5. Supply and fixing of BISON LAM aluminium glazed partitions using 10MM
BISONLAM and 5.50 mm thick plain glass
6. Supply and fixing anodised aluminium door fixed with all accessories
7. Provision for laying foundation stone and Avagahana Sadassu
