CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

With the school’s desire to purposely deliver the departments’ community

Involvement program, the committee was formed to work closely with

administration, teachers and students including parents, alumni and

beneficiaries for its realization.

For the school year 2015-2016 a root cause analysis was done to identify

the reason why the PAASCU terms come up with the recommendation. Actions

to be taken in line with the recommendations was given stressed and

undertaken.

Last July 2016 the IBED department had a meeting discussing on the

PAASCU recommendations and the actions taken for the school year 2015-2016.

The committee agreed to share responsibility in coming out in the planning and

the implementation of the reach-out activities of both the Grade School and the

Junior High School department. Two members of the grade school works hand

in hand with the IBED CIP Coordinator takes charged of the grade school reach-

out activities and the other two members of the Junior High School alongside

with the IBED CIP Coordinator and class advisers works hand in hand in the

plans and implementation with the students of the activities.
