By booking a package as a Customer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference.
Please read these terms carefully.

All guests must present valid identification proof like passport, driving license, voter’s ID card etc..at check-in.

Without identity proof guests are not allowed to stay at resort.

Use of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

Guests availing of specific treatments are advised to bring all relevant medical documents.

Guests are requested to strictly follow the food diets suggested by the doctor.

Duration of the package may vary according to the doctor’s direction, as per the body condition and medical history of the individual and the rates may vary
proportionately.

Reservations will be confirmed against advance payment only.

Confirmation would be given on first come first service basis.

Cancellation:
30 days before arrival date - 100 % refund, 15 days - 50 % refund, 5 days/ No Show - No refund

Internet, Telephone charges, sightseeing, personal laundry, pick-up & drop and other additional services requested will be charged extra

Settlement of Accounts – Invoices/bills must be paid upon presentation. Cash, Master Card and Visa Cardsare acceptable means of settling accounts. However,
personal cheques are not accepted.

Management does not allow any pets on premises.

The guest is requested to observe, confirm and abide to all applicable acts and law and the government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Amendment of Rules
The Management reserves to itself the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

Child Policy

Children below 5 years are complimentary. Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged 50 % of per person on treatment.
