PHYSICAL INJURY

RON CAMPAVILLA y Dela Cruz, 42 years old, married and a resident of Paligue Bagnaga
Davao del Norte, personally appeared at this station and requested to put on record that on or
about 9:00 PM December 24, 2017 while he was about to enter his house, he noticed
movement in their family car, where he caught his wife Ella Campavilla and their family driver,
Paulo Avelino, making out, with his wife partially undressed. He dragged Avelino out of the car
were an altercation ensued, where Avelino inflicted physical injuries upon him. After which, our
personnel arrived and brought Avelino to this station.
