MAIN DISCUSSION IN THE MEETING

1. It was mutually decided in the meeting between Alwasay and Telenor that Alwasay wanted to
hand over the sites (Central Region) to TP where the civil works is not started as yet.
2. Alwasay also informed TP that their Capacity is to do 10 sites per month and they can not go
beyond than that. Kashif Anwar informed Alwasay that this progress will be observe closely and
based on the progress further project scope will be deliver to them.
3. It was also agreed in the meeting that Alwasay will deliver the 37 sites out of 53 sites in Central
by June 22, 2008. The remaining 16 sites are handed over to TP where the CW is not yet started.
4. It was also informed to Alwasay that they will be responsible for the site acquisition issues on all
these 16 sites like stay order etc if any site comes under this bracket.
5. It was also informed to Alwasay that they will also prepare and submit the Work Packages for all
these 16 sites.
6. It is also informed to Alwasay that by May 31, 2008 they will deliver 19 sites. The Remaining 18
sites will be delivered by June 22, 2008. Following are the 16 site id’s which Alwasay has handed
over to TP.
