SUBJECT: SPANISH CLUB UPDATE

WHEN: Starting Friday, the 27th, after lunch for a ½ hour.

OBJECTIVE/GOAL:
1. Learn some of the basics of the Spanish language in a safe & fun learning environment.
2. Gain a better understanding of Spanish speaking cultures.

CRITERIA TO PARTICIPATE IN CLUB:

1. Demonstrate safe behaviors, both to self and others.
2. It is important that you actively participate in class.
3. “Three Strikes Your Out” Policy: There will be short assignments outside of class that will need
to be completed by the next class (1 week). Students that miss three assignments will no longer be
able to participate because learning a new language requires repetition. Missed assignments due to
absences do not apply to this policy.
