Greetings of peace and serenity!

We would like to request the conduct of the STARBOOKS ORIENTATION AND ACCOUNT
REGISTRATION for our Junior High and Senior High School students on the succeeding
schedules stated on the document attached to this letter of request.

In relation to these, we are asking the consideration of the advisers and subject teachers in
allowing the students to be excused from their respective classes if in case it falls in any of
the aforementioned orientation schedule. Also, we are hoping that the advisers can extend
their assistance in encouraging a one hundred (100) per cent attendance and participation
during their assigned orientation schedule which will truly be helpful for the students to
maximize the use the STARBOOKS KIOSK, the First Philippine Digital Library, which were
turned over to us by DOST Region VIII. The registry of student starbooks account and
reports will be consolidated and submitted to DOST from time to time.

We are humbly anticipating your approval and the cooperation from our faculty members
for the success of the objectives of orientation program.
