This is to certify that Mr. Mohamed Afsal.V.K was employed with our Company Technofab
Engineering Ltd from 01/06/2010 to 10/06/2011 as QA/QC Engineer for a period
of one year.

During his tenure with us we found him to be quite hardworking, sincere and result oriented
person. As a Quality Engineer, few of his responsibilities are:-

 To conduct Procedure qualification test & welder performance qualification test as per
WPS & ASME sec IX & prepare the report.
 Inspection of Fit up, Weld Visual for fabrication of Piping.
 Inspection of liquid penetrant testing and Magnetic Particle testing.
 Ensure that the welders are qualified to the WPS.
 Check and record welding parameters and verify compliance with approved WPS.
 Review of approved welding procedure, Qualification records.
 Liaise with the company representative for the conduct of day-to-day quality related
activities of the service contract.
