LAMBDA CHAPTER DELTA KAPPA GAMMA

Lambda Chapter met on September 11, 2017 for their monthly

meeting at the home of Mary Jean Reese. Loaded baked potatoes
and desert were enjoyed by: Cathy Studley, Mary Jean Reese,
Linda Luker, Maribel Martinez, Anne Chaffin and Cathy Jones.
President Cathy Studley called the meeting to order after dinner.
The minutes of the last meeting were not available.
The treasurer’s report was presented by Mary Jean Reese. There
is $1086.18 for Chapter use. Anne Chaffin made the motion and
seconded by Linda Luker to approve the treasurer’s report. The
vote was unanimous. The treasurer’s report will be filed.
There was no old business to discuss.
New Business: Mary Jean Reese presented the proposed budget
for the 2017-18. Anne Chaffin made the motion and seconded by
Linda Luker to approve the proposed Budget. The vote was
unanimous.
President Cathy Studley presented the members with the new
pages for our yearbooks. The pages were discussed and
corrections made. The programs for the coming year were
discussed.
Anne Chaffin made an announcement that her children would
giving her a party for her 90th birthday on October 7, 2017.
Everyone should be receiving an invitation with the details.
President Cathy Studley adjourned the meeting.
