IV – Market Study

This business is planned at Nuñez Street barangay, kayhuvukan Basco Batanes. The total

population of Basco Is about 5,048. The said business is located near the two biggest computer shop in

the locality. The Iraya Trading and Internet Café (ITIC) and the Smart Click. The said business is also near

to different government offices such as COMELEC, RHU, DAR, and the LBP or Land Bank of the

Philippines. My target customers are the tourist coming here in our province, the students and the

government employees who doesn’t have much time on preparing their meals. Since Basco is the capital
of our province, many people from southern municipalities are going here to buy their needs and some

and the delicious food w/c make their minds refresh and ready for work in the next hour. This

employees spend more time on walking, they can just buy their food to us and take it home to save time

on cooking.

Business will establish healthy, consistent revenue to ensure stability of the business. Tourist

and Local citizens will be treated special for us to get their attention. Accepting their suggestions and

comments for better service.

V – Competitions

Although RR’s Canteen and Catering Services is new in this food industry, there is no

doubt that we can’t compete with other bigger business. We compete to ideas that are new

coming from the costumers and have better products from the other business. Price is always a factor
when competing to others, but we can sell foods with the same price but better in quality.

The environment of the business plays also important role in costumer’s decisions. Both the
attitude of staff should be warm and friendly. We will use the highest quality sometimes paring with
ordinary but we will always present them an unforgettable unique services which catch their attentions
to come back to our business.
