    We, Iswarabena Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as the Main Contractor) are pleased to
    award the Works "Site Clearance and Demolition Works" hereinafter referred to as the
    Subcontract (Works) to PRSK Construction Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as the
    "Sub- Contractorr')

    The terms and conditions for the Sub-Contract shall be as follows:

    L. 1. Scope of Sub-Contract Works

    The scope of Sub-Contractor Works shall comprise of the works as described


    and detailed in the Bill of Quantities attached as in Appendix A and
    Specification of the Work as in Appendix B.

    2. Contract Surn

    The Sub-Contract Sum shall be RM lOO,OOO.OO(Ringgit Malaysia One
