B® SM AIR SEPARATORS @ FEATURE Heavy-duty steel construction. Stainless steel removable strainer. Operating temperature 350°C. Larger sizes require less space than tangential designs. 125PSIG working pressure. Optional higher working pressures, Shell tested on 200PSIG. @ SPECIFICATION The unit have NPT/flanged inlet and outlet connections and stainless steel strainer with 3/16” diameter perforations with five times free area then cross-sectional area of the connecting pipe. When strainer is specified, that will required to remove and clean after 24 hours operation and after 30 days operation after first time installation, The unit have design a separate fittings on top for connection to expansion tank and for air vent. A bottom connection for blowdown cleaning. The unit constructed in accordance with. the . requirement of boiler and pressure vessel and tested on 200-PSIG. INLET. If the fluid temperature in the system rises, fluid volume will increase resulting in rise in pressure and possibility of damage to the'system. By incorporating an expansion tank into the system, the increase in fluid volume may be contained until the fluid temperature has reduced and the fluid volume returns to its initial level. A sealed system normally operates at a pressure of about 1 Bar above atmospheric pressurep this pressure is achieved by a filling loop connected from the mains fluid supply to the system. A pressure release valve allows for the system to be pressurized as required. To avoid potential damage by excess pressure within the system an expansion tank is required to incorporate in system so that any excess pressure is controlled. “== Maximum working pressure: 125 PSIG “== Maximum operating temperature: 350°C Gauge Glass with Guard A OPTIONAL. Its widest application is water heating. The list rating for most commonly required temperature rises through a wide range of steam pressures. The ratings are based on steam ratio in the shell and the liquid flowing trough tubes. Heat Exchangers are available in 2 & 4 pass construction and are catalogued for to selection overall lengths, shell diameters, fitting dimensions and approximately weight. The Steam Masters can obtain, any special order for greater lengths than 10 feet and also for materials other than listed. The discharge pressures will constant. Inlet and out let flexible connections. Flow sensing device on the inlet pressure. Pressure control device on discharge line. Stainless steel pressure tank. Dry run protection. Lowest sound level. Optional mobile package. The booster sets are manufactured as package booster systems and complies whichever requirements by industrial, commercial and domestic users. Stainless steel (single and multistage) centrifugal pumps assure the highest quality of drinking water. A non return valve is provided to assure the water is not being pumped back into suction line and to prevent the build-up pressure from back flow into the mains supply or receiver tank. The booster sets have two shut-off valves per pump (suction and discharge) to enable maintenance the water supply. Two headers are provided to connect the parallel configuration of the pumps a central suction as well as discharge. The headers up to 2” are provided with threaded connections and, collar flange ends for above 2”. The booster sets are controlled by one differential pressure switch with only 4.5 PSI pressure difference between cut-in and cut-out. An analogue pressure transmitter with adjustable range controls the large industrial booster and fire fighting booster sets. The booster sets are fully protected against running dry by means of a pressure switch, pressure sensor, and float switch or other devices. The Stain less steel tanks is selected to maintain the obtained drinking water quality. At the discharge and suction side Pressure gauges are installed to monitor the system pressure during commissioning and maintenance. The booster sets are provided with a comprehensive control panel equipped with Main switch (interlocked), Thermal protection, Automatic circuit breaker, Motor relay (soft starter), Auto change over, Light Indicators for Thermal Failure, Pump Running, Manual-O- Automatic. Every hydro booster set is tested according to claimed specifications. Pressure boosting system Package type firefighting system with multiple pressure zone @® FEATURE Energy saving. High efficiency.
