Interviewing is an important element of the development of my communication

skills. In fact, interviewing is also essential in terms of the development of my
professional skills because I need to be able to conduct interviews to obtain important
information and prepared my interlocutors to the communication.

The first step is to understand and develop good basic interpersonal

communication skills. This means learning how to deliver and receive messages in a
way that maximizes understanding. In this respect, it is possible to define three common
elements to developing good interpersonal communication: the use of simple language,
practice of active listening and asking for feedback. However, sometimes the goal of the
interview should be hidden from the interviewed person, if some important information is
needed and the interviewed person is unwilling to reveal this information. In this respect,
the use of simple questions and sentence structures can be helpful because the simpler
the question is the more difficult it is to avoid giving a direct and sincere answer.

As we all know, one of the pre-requisite to work in any company is to have an

interview session with the company. So, I think that this is a suitable exercise before we
face the real interview with a company. In the interview, I learn how to make our self
look as the best candidate among the entire candidate available. Although I did not get
the job, I learn on how to handle the questions given by the interviewers and also what
we must do and can’t do during an interview session. Confidence is very important
during an interview session, so the most important thing to do before attending an
interview session is to be well prepared. Prepare our self before attending an
interview.
