    PLANNING A PARTY

    (two classmates talking)

    Martha: Listen, I'm going to have a birthday party this Saturday. I’m counting
    you in, okay?

    Jane: Oh, I'd love to come. Thank you for inviting me. I'll make cupcakes!

    Martha: That sounds delicious! I’m planning to have some games. Do you
    have any in mind?

    Jane: How about musical chairs or riddle?

    Martha: That’s a good suggestion. They'll love it.

    Jane: Why don’t we ask Janet and Jessie’s help with cooking? They are good at
    it.

    Martha: I’m not sure about that since they are quite busy with their debate
    practice.

    Jane: What about George and Gloria then? I heard they can cook too.

    Martha: Yes, why not? They are talented in cooking and even attend cooking
    classes. You know what? I'm going to hire a clown!

    Jane: A clown! You're kidding me.

    Martha: No, no. As I child, I always wanted a clown. Now, I'm going to have
    my clown at my own party.

    Jane : That’s a good idea. I'm sure everyone will have a good laugh.
    Martha: That's the plan!
